Our Solutions

Gaskets & Seals

Our top-quality gasket materials provide excellent resistance to compression set, high resiliency, and shock absorption. PNA’s gaskets prevent leakage, while maintaining their integrity regardless of the environment.
PNA offers a wide variety of rubber grades to produce custom-fabricated gaskets.  Most rubber grades are available as thin as .016″ thick up to .250″ thick. Additionally, rubber grades are produced as soft as 30 durometer and as hard as 90 durometer.
PNA also offers gaskets fabricated with silicone foam rubber. This material is highly resilient (low compression set), has a wide-operating temperature range between -67°F (-55°C) to 392°F (200°C) and is UV / ozone resistant.

02  Properties & benefits

Seals that keep
their integrity.

PNA’s gasket materials pair excellent resistance to compression set with high resiliency and shock absorption. They prevent leakage and hold their shape regardless of the environment they operate in.

A gasket only works if it recovers — sealing pressure that fades over time is a leak waiting to happen.

PNA offers a wide variety of rubber grades for custom-fabricated gaskets. Most grades are available as thin as .016″ up to .250″ thick, and produced as soft as 30 durometer and as hard as 90 durometer — matched to the clamp load and interface your design specifies.

For demanding environments, gaskets fabricated with silicone foam rubber stay highly resilient with low compression set, span a wide operating range of −67 °F (−55 °C) to 392 °F (200 °C), and resist UV and ozone.

01

Low compression set

Gasket grades spring back after load, holding a leak-tight interface through repeated assembly, thermal cycling, and long service life.

02

High resiliency & shock absorption

Resilient compounds absorb vibration and shock, protecting mating surfaces and sensitive hardware in rugged and mobile installations.

03

Leak-tight in any environment

The seal blocks moisture, dust, air, and pressure differentials — maintaining integrity across temperature, weather, UV, and ozone exposure.

04

Converted to your dimensions

Die-free Zünd cutting converts sheet, foam, and sponge stock to exact print geometry — no tooling cost, rapid revisions, tight nesting for yield.

Selecting the correct grade is critical to sealing reliability. We convert gaskets across the full rubber range — the compound your application specifies is the compound we cut.

Values are representative and vary with compound, cure, and application. Foam and sponge grades add cushioning and NVH control to the seal; specialty grades extend temperature and chemical range further. Send your service conditions — we’ll confirm the grade against temperature, media, and pressure.
