PNA offers a wide range of EMI/RFI shielding materials. These materials are used to prevent radiation interference from reducing performance of electronic devices.
These EMI/RFI gaskets have outstanding physical properties, including wide-operating temperatures, high chemical, fuel and solvent resistance and a long life for critical applications.

Uncrewed Systems
Thermal Gap Pads provide effective thermal interfaces between heat sinks and electronic devices, with accommodation for uneven surfaces, air gaps and rough textures. The thermally conductive pads’ soft construction offers high conformability to reduce interface resistance. In addition to effective heat dissipation, thermal Gap Pads help reduce vibration stress for shock dampening. Gap Pads are produced in a variety of hardness and thicknesses, and are fabricated to customers’ dimensional requirements. Thermal Gap Pad materials are always designed to your specific application to ensure optimized thermal control.

Our top-quality gasket materials provide excellent resistance to compression set, high resiliency, and shock absorption. PNA’s gaskets prevent leakage, while maintaining their integrity regardless of the environment.
PNA offers a wide variety of rubber grades to produce custom-fabricated gaskets. Most rubber grades are available as thin as .016″ thick up to .250″ thick. Additionally, rubber grades are produced as soft as 30 durometer and as hard as 90 durometer.

CAD Design
The initial step involves creating the design of the desired part or material using a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. This design includes all necessary dimensions, tolerances, and specifications for the final product. The CAD file is typically saved in a format compatible with the CNC machine's control software (e.g., DXF, DWG, STEP, etc.)
